Front: Constantin Brâncuși's sculpture 'Endless Column' (Coloana Infinitului) from Târgu Jiu, created in 1938 as part of his monumental ensemble commemorating Romanian heroes of World War I. This masterpiece of modernist sculpture consists of repeated rhomboidal modules stacked vertically, symbolizing infinity and the sacrifice of Romanian soldiers. The column stands 29.35 meters tall and is one of Brâncuși's most celebrated works, representing his synthesis of Romanian folk art traditions with avant-garde modernism. Stylized floral motifs appear on the left side of the note.
