The scene shows General Emilio Aguinaldo proclaiming independence from the balcony of his ancestral home while unfurling the Philippine flag, with revolutionary soldiers and citizens gathered below. This historic moment marked the establishment of the First Philippine Republic.

Polish 500 Złotych note featuring Tadeusz Kościuszko (1746–1817), Polish-Lithuanian military engineer and national hero who led the 1794 uprising against Imperial Russia and Prussia. He also served as a military leader in the American Revolutionary War, achieving the rank of Brigadier General in the Continental Army. The note bears the date Warsaw, 1 June 1982 and includes the Polish White Eagle emblem.

History

These images represent two completely different banknotes from different countries. The front image is a Philippine 1 Piso from the Ang Bagong Lipunan (New Society) series issued during the Marcos era, featuring the independence declaration scene. The back image is a Polish 500 Złotych from the People's Republic of Poland era, dated 1982, part of the 'Polish Peoples' series featuring national heroes. These are clearly mismatched and not the front and back of the same note.
